Hillary wins PA, gets Ganesh idol

Looks like you are new here, you may want to subscribe to my RSS feed. Thanks for visiting!

Hillary Clinton won the Pennsylvania primary on Tuesday and gets a Ganesh idol to show for it, courtesy Sant Singh Chatwal, chairman of the Hillary Clinton for President Exploratory Committee. [via Rediff] (tip Sai via email)

Hillary GaneshThis is great opportunity for a caption. I’ll get started.

1. Hillary: “I won and all I have to show for it is this idol”

2. Bill: “mmmmmmmmmm …. some good looking Indian women in the audience.”

3. Hillary: “Today Pennsylvania, tomorrow Punjab”

4. Bill: “mmmmmmmmmm …. some good looking Indian women in the audience.”

5. Chatwal: “Uh oh, here comes the Perpetually Offended Indians brigade.”

Please post your captions in the space below and keep it clean. Also share your opinions if you have any - do you personally think this is cool, or perhaps you feel that Hillary is pandering to Indian-Americans, or maybe you feel that this is just the India media in overdrive, or are you one of those who feel this is “against Indian culture”?

    No caption from me.
Not only do I think this is cool ,I vehemently disagree with your assertion that it is pandering.I would rather have a President who embraces other cultures/religions than one who fights on an evangelical platform.Besides, Ganesh is the remover of obstacles - Go ,Hillary,Go - all the way to the White House!

Not my opinion or assertion. That is but one of the four choices I listed.

No arguments from me on that one. I’m all for Obama in turban, Hillary in sari and McCain in lungi.

Go ,Hillary,Go - all the way to the White House

I see you have a clear favorite, unlike me :-)
