Everything you need to contact Air India. [Updated]

Looks like you are new here, you may want to subscribe to my RSS feed. Thanks for visiting!

Shouldn’t the caption say “The Ultimate flying experience, NOT”

Traveling across continents to spend those precious two weeks at home, eating mom’s food is a feeling that can never be substituted. Yet, people who chose Air India are always let down. Yes you do save a few bucks and you get Desi food, but the chaos and confusion are never worth it. Sometimes, I get the feeling that newspapers have regular spaces alloted to write about how an AI flight was late, delayed and finally canceled.

Instead of switching to another airline, Vijay Rana, a resident of London has decided to take his grievances online.

While he has a poll going and is asking for readers to share their accounts of what transpired, we have decided to help him and the hundreds of other passengers who travel by Air India by listing all possible contact information for the airlines and the Civil Aviation ministry.

Hi: Thanks for the link to the addresses.

These AI people are not going to listen or read.
They have been in the system too long.

ONLY SOME MIRACLES can help us, especially from the top.
      that is IMPROBABLE.
IN KEY KAANO MEIN JUNE TAK NAHIN RENGTI.
BEST THING IS TO AVOID AIR INDIA.

I think NOT traveling by Air India is the best way to improve things. Air India will only wake up when their bottom line goes down the drain.

Not travelling by Air India won’t be a big deal for them since they’re govt owned. They’ll make it up by raising taxes for the Indian middle class. Besides there are enough kanjoos desis and “true Indians” always willing to fly Air India to save a quick rupee or two or make themselves feel patriotic.
The best and only way for Air India to improve is to get a bunch of netas from all parties to fly non-stop from Mumbai to New York, in economy class - clogged toilets and all.
