She went on to sell her products online and became such a success that Inc.com, the magazine for entrepeneurs has a story featuring Gauri.
Actually she was featured on the cover of the print version of the magazine and that caught my eye, while I was waiting for a oil change on my car.
Her story is quite interesting. She invented the clock as part of a Master’s project. Her invention caught the eye of some tech bloggers and suddenly she found herself on Good Morning America.
After the TV debut, instead of handing over her creative license to some corporation, she started her own company teaming up with distributor Alibaba.com and broke even 2 months after she launched the company.
