In a bizzare role reversal, the Indian High Commission is outsourcing its Visa collection and delivery in Washington D.C. reports the Times of India.
The Indian embassy has been running classified advertisements in a leading newspaper, asking US companies to bid for “outsourcing visa collection and delivery”.
Ahh the irony.
