Spyker Coming to a Galli near you

The Dutch car maker Spyker and the newest member of the F1 community will be launching its cars in India shortly.

Spyker plans to import its super cars to India and is currently looking at appointing dealers and soon after, they plan on creating an engineering & development centre at Gurgaon.

It also looks like they are looking at staying in India for a long time, since they have entered into an MoU with The Engineering Institute of Haryana to start a two-year masters’ programme in automotive engineering.

Initially they plan on importing the C8 Spyder and C8 Laviolette and later expanding. Besides prohibitive costs, why would people want to drive a convertible in India?
