I don’t really #follow celeb tweeple, well maybe a few but you get the idea, and this is perhaps out of boredom from being stuck home on a stormy Friday evening. I was reading this particular quote in this story about Shiv Sena v/s Bollywood stars (yaaaaawn) and came across this particular quote. [IBN]

“We will be back to Mumbai. I hope the Bandar Sena won’t stop us. Shiv Sena has become a joke to the nation. They’re instilling hatred. I guess they didn’t learn any lesson from the election debacle. Because of some dirty politics, India is trailing behind the world. Let’s be together and show them the power of democracy,” Kajol wrote on her Twitter page.

My echofon client told me that the area in bold numbered somewhere around 340 characters, 180 above the Twitter limit for a single message. So I dutifully went to Kajol’s Twitter page and did a search for this mysterious 340+ character tweet. Turns out it’s an amalgamation of numerous tweets and some clever editing.

To give them credit at least they did it in sequence. Just shows how easy Twitter makes it to quote or misquote someone. Also major props to her for sticking it to the Sena, “Bandar Sena” that’s classic.

Then I stumbled across this random tweet:

One has to wonder how Kajol knows the exact age of some random British lady. I did warn you this is a post made out of boredom on a stormy Friday night.
