I’m supposed to be getting into the “Olympic spirit”. Unfortunately (or otherwise, depending on your perspective), I lack the attention span/patience to sit through a clothing, dancing and firework extravaganza showcasing China or any other nation for that matter. This embarrassing presentation at the opening ceremony doesn’t help either. Perhaps, they were too busy preparing to care how they looked in front of the entire world. One can only hope…..
