strongly feel that there should be stringent cyber laws that India is lacking.

But shouldn't US law apply here ? I thought the abusive emails were sent from San Jose. As for Indian cyber laws - are'nt they in place already? For example : orkut cases and the case last year of a software engineer unjustly jailed for postings he never made.

Reading through the mails I totally felt that they were playing the ‘good-cop-bad-cop’ game.

This is way too scary to comprehend. I cannot believe that there is no legal recourse for this kind of bullying. kerals.com should be held fully accountable and closed down.
