If you read the reports on this, the desi dude told his supervisor that he was willing to accept evolution as a theory and do the work he was told to do. But the supervisors probed his core religious beliefs and fired him on that basis.

Like it or not, the anti-religious brigade is out there in force.

Didn’t that prohibited passenger list also include people who use seeing-eye dogs?

This is nothing more than an academic witch hunt against Christians. The Washington Post has the balls to ask whether any biologist who doesn’t believe in evolution can do their job. HELLO! The Theory of Evolution is just that, a theory. Any scientist worth his salt should question it.

It would follow that any advancement made in any area, which drew upon this ‘theory,’ should also be questioned. It’s a slippery slope to luddite-ville.

The Washington Post has the balls to ask whether any biologist who doesn’t believe in evolution can do their job.

If part of your job involves studying the effects of evolution, they should ask that question.
