A judge in Jharkhand, presiding over a land dispute, involving two temples has asked Hindu gods, Ram and Hanuman, to present themselves before a court. Apparently letters written to the gods went unanswered. [link]
Über Desi has discovered the reason for this lack of communication from the “heavenly dudes”. Hanuman is in Mumbai having cosmetic surgery to fix a ruptured chest wall and Ram, well, he is just moping from his breakup with Sita. So what happens when they don’t show up? Contempt of court?
