Going Postal sounding vaguely familiar, right about now. The other big difference between the USPS and the one back home is that of course Americans don't make up parcels of stuff and then wait for the next person who knows someone who knows someone who knows someone who knows them to go whatever place it is that the parcel is intended to reach.
