The popular automotive blog Autoblog complies Top 10 lists and earlier this month, they came up with the Top 10 Coachbuilt Supercars.
Rewind about 11 years, A stuffy movie theater in Madras, A fairly popular hero speeding away on a wide bodied convertible SUV resulted in me going WTF is that car. I searched high and low only to find out that it was a one off car built for the movie.
The Rolls Royce Coupe that made the cut.

Back to present day, As a tifosi, seeing the modified Ferrari’s on the list, made me smile and when I saw a modified Rolls Royce Coupe, I went WTF. It looked like a Nissan 350 Z had crashed into the rear of a Rolls and a then a Fiat 500 had backed into it.
Both cars were built by the same company. DC Designs. Besides making one off cars for movies and the rich and the famous, DC design was the company chosen to make the prototype for the Aston Martin V8 Vantage.
What is more interesting is the fact that the car was built for their British client Ashok Tandon.
