Could this be “Big Foot” or just Big Feet?
After Tech-Companies, Call centers, Fast Food joints, the Big Foot also known as the Sasquatch / Yeti comes to India with a new name. It was christened Mande Burung or Jungle Man after being spotted in North Eastern India.
The bizarre sightings have been made in the Garo hills area of Meghalaya state, close to the borders with Bangladesh and Bhutan
A local group that calls themselves the Achik Tourism society, that has been researching and photographing footprints claimed that they have hair samples of the creatures, which would be sent for DNA testing. I am not sure on how they are going to identify this creature as there is no concrete proof, but I guess they are going to match the DNA with the animals that inhabit the area and rule them out one by one.
An eyewitness, a local farmer spoke about what he saw
The sight was frightening: two adults and two smaller ones, huge and bulky, furry,” he told a reporter who visited the remote area on Thursday and Friday.
Their heads looked as if they were wearing caps, and their colour was blackish-brown and were about 100 to 130 feet away from him as he looked for firewood in a forested area.
The four of them quietly vanished into the undergrowth.
I have wondered about why Indian’s never spotted Extraterrestrial Life. We have a Billion people, large open spaces and a lot of things that they seem to frequent.
I guess we have to start somewhere right? Or did they they not get the memo about ET and Yeti being different?
