I as a non resident will never get to use it, that does not bother me, what bothers me is that citizens of this country who are my age might not have enough money left in the system to avail the benefits. PETA is often grossly misguided, and only out for publicity. This idea is about as stupid as the demand by some avowed child-hating folks (who plan never to bring more humans into this world - my last roommate was one of those folks!) for lower tax rates, because THEY shouldn't have to pay for their neighbors' kids' education!
