image001.jpg It has always been annoying to see the fact that train stations in India were not built properly. There is this ever present death trap in between the platform and the train, which leaves the kids and older people with a big problem when it comes to getting on and off the train.

The problem became more obvious when I figured that I could roll my luggage into the metro here without having to do all the lifting.

This man apparently slipped and fell in between the station platform and the moving train in Kandivli station, Mumbai, India.

See what happened to this man after the jump.

Yes he escaped. Unhurt but too shocked to speak. I still do not get the bystanders. I would have fled for the fear of seeing something horrific happening.

What’s amazing is that someone got pictures of this as it was happening. Long live mobile cell phones.

    I echo Santosh.
And I also wonder why would someone take pictures?? Especially when they did not know if anything ill would befall the person.

I am glad that nothing bad happened.

But for a second, if something had gone wrong…
