Nick mandalapa, ( cybersoftec ) got what he deserved. But him with visa and immigration fraud who got away. Gaurav puri took $5500 and again took $4500 from me in cash saying that it is the company policy not to accept money via check or money order. Obviously he took the money and ALL THEY DID WAS INTEMIDATE AND THREATEN ME. I asked him for the receipt but he said i am myself gaurantee for this money. I dont know how may people really cared and went beyond him to find out all those people like gaurav puri who helped him in his fraud business. I have been gathering a lot of information about his past employees like gaurav puri for the last few years. Please post as much information you have about any of his employees who worked in his office to accomplish his immigration fraud. Please remember a lot of us got into this mess for no reason, and lost a lot of money and also had their life ruined.

The problem is the USCIS which has completely given all the power away to these H1b sponsors. Employees are even scared to complain against these guys because they feel they have no readdressal rights. Employers have basically been allowed to hold their employees to ransom because of the fact that both USCIS and DOL is in bed with the lobby of H1b employers.

Anantha,
I dont have official figures for this but from personal experience and knowing the inside workings of these kinds of organizations, I would say the number of H1B folks in the US sponsored by these companies could be as high as 25-30% of all H1B applicants, if not more.
